*Captain Grimshaw has been asked by the producer of the Discovery Channel's Shark Week, to be part of next seasons show, a 25th Anniversary Show. Ken was instrumental in making this ABC one hour American Sportsman episode possible. This event hapenened back in the late 1970's,"JAWS" era. A Great White Shark was tagged and tracked as it swam the length of the South Shore of L.I., N.Y. This had never been done before in the Atlantic Ocean,and is a historic event!

Hey Ken,
I briefly met you at the Stuart Boatshow last weekend. I read your bio when I got home and wished I had read it at the boatshow and talked to you more. You may have heard of my dad, Chuck Sewell. He was the Chief Test Pilot at Grumman at the time of his death when he crashed a TBM-3 Avenger in Connecticut in 1986. He too had a ton of flight hours and flew 140+ different aircraft, including the first flight of the X-29. He was an avid diver, as am I, and spent a lot of his u/w time photographing sharks all over the world. I was an oceanographer/marine biologist in So Cal for years with my main interests being sharks and marine mammals. I have also been a surfer for 45+ years and have seen many sharks while enjoying that endeavor. I wish I had bought the book and had you autograph it. The story sounds fascinating and again, I had no idea until I got home.
